SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for handling cash. Device is installed between a group of terminals handling cash in the local network and the external network. An information processing apparatus comprising: a retrieving information about a serial number obtained by reading the paper money by the terminal processing cash, in a group of said terminals, the result of recognition of paper money from the terminal processing cash flows into the control unit storage which is associated the serial number and recognition result and stores it, comparison unit which, if the serial number and the result of recognition of paper money has been recovered from any of the terminals handling cash in the group of terminals handling cash compares the recognition result is considered paper money recognition result who was associated with a serial number and stored.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the accuracy of control.
