FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an appliance for pineapple pulp separation from the core and peel; such appliance contains the following components: the core removal device having a driving element and a cutting edge on opposite ends, the pulp cutting device passing radially on the core removal device and having at least one cutting edge (the pulp cutting device shape providing for spiral motion with preliminarily adjusted pitch during rotation), the peel cutting device envisaged on the outer end of the pulp cutting device and passing parallel to the core removal device; the said peel cutting device contains a cutting edge. Additionally, the appliance contains a device for cutting into pieces which contains an annular plug designed so that to enable movable placement on the core removal device, an annular rim and at least one spoke radially projecting from the plug and connecting the plug and the rim to each other.

EFFECT: proposed device design allows to retain in place the spiral section of a pulp stripe that has not been cut into pieces yet which ensures simplicity of cutting into equal portions in one movement.
