SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for separating core, peel and pulp of the fruit, especially pineapple. The device (1) for separating core, peel and pulp of the fruit, in particular a pineapple, comprising, at least one cylindrical part (2) for removing the core, comprising on the first end the cutting edge (3), in which zone at least one knife (4) for removing the pulp is located radially to it, provided with a cutting edge (5) and having at its end, opposite to the end fixed on the part (2) for removing the core, the knife (6) for removing peel, located parallel to the part (2) for removing the core and is provided with a cutting edge (7). The knife (4) for removing the pulp is made spiral with a certain pitch of thread and with the ability of spiral movement with a certain pitch of thread while rotating the device (1). The knife (6) for removing peel is connected to the outer circumference of the knife (4) for removing the pulp and has vertical height (h₁), which is equal to at least 2.0 times pitch of thread (travel height) (h₂) of the knife (4) for removing the pulp. The spiral knife (4) for removing the pulp is provided with at least one radial spline (8) made with the ability to form double-sided guide for the at least one cutting tool, in particular for the knife. The cutting tool is made with the ability to insert it through the radial spline (8) until it stops in the part (2) for removing the core.

EFFECT: invention is intended to improve the design of the known device, to facilitate its use and extend the functional capabilities.
