FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to self-contained devices for movement of diagnostic equipment inside a pipeline. Intra-pipe vehicle comprises a polymeric cylindrical drive screw installed on drive shaft of transmission gear. Due to drive screw coupling with inner surface of pipeline vehicle moves with a speed control system installed. Engine and gearbox control system is powered by rechargeable batteries and generator with an aerodynamic propeller. According to second embodiment intra-pipe vehicle comprises two coaxial cylindrical drive screws made of polymeric materials having multidirectional arrangement of coils. First screw is formed with a hollow shaft inside of which shaft of second screen can be placed.
EFFECT: technical result is increased traction force during movement and reliability of intra-pipe vehicle with walls of pipeline due to increased area of contact of drive element and inner pipeline wall.
