FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of medical products, in particular noninvasive primarily in contact with wound agents. Disclosed is bandage on textile base, impregnated with composition. Latter is disperse system, in which drug is in aqueous phase, of following composition, wt parts: paraffin 54.0-82.0, Vaseline oil 1-30, water 10.0-15.0, drug 0.01-0.10, glyceryl mono stearate 2-5. Used is paraffin with density of 765 ± 15 g/m3. As medicinal agent can be used antimicrobial agents, local anesthetic agents, proteolytic enzymes.
EFFECT: invention provides improved desorption of medicinal agents in wound cavity, which optimises process of wound healing.
