FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to an atraumatic dressing consisting of a non-woven perforated material and a drug, characterized in that the non-woven material is a polyester mesh tape with a weave density of 822 g/100 m and a linear density of 112 mm/278 threads, and the drug is an ointment containing PEO-400 polyethylene oxide, PEO-1500 polyethylene oxide, an emulsifier, polyvinyl butyl ether, as well as zinc and copper sulfates, introduced into the composition of the ointment in the form of an aqueous solution with a concentration of each metal from 10-2 to 10-8 mol/l, while the components are present in the ointment in the following mass fractions, %: aqueous solution of sulfates of zinc and copper - 5-10; emulsifier - 3-8; polyvinyl butyl ether - 5-15; PEO-1500 - 25-35; PEO-400 - up to 100.
EFFECT: invention provides for the development of an atraumatic bandage with a medicinal preparation having the property of retention on the bandage and providing a high therapeutic effect for the treatment of skin lesions.
