FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: dressing on a net material with beeswax is described, into which petrolatum and/or petroleum jelly is added in an amount of 5÷95 wt.%. Plastification of beeswax with a vaseline composition and use of a net material in the dressing structure to apply a plasticized wax composition, introduction of medicinal products, including hydrophilic, and surface active substances into the dressing.
EFFECT: dressing resistance to oxidation, to radiation sterilization, stability of the dressing properties for prolonged storage over a wide range of temperatures, controlled wound modeling, as well as therapeutic effect, steam and gas permeability.
