FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in tooth gears. Gear wheel consists of hub body in form of pair of disks fixed on both ends of hub and having outer radius equal to radius of addendum circle and toothed rim, consisting of separate teeth that are not connected to each other. Each tooth is made of strip width along whole length equal to width of toothed rim. This section, starting from one end section of strip is bent in form of tooth, starting with main wheel circumference and to make its outer surface of tooth surfaces of identical design for given wheel - working section of one side surface; tooth top and working section of other side surface are to main wheel circumference. Remaining part of section of strip is bent, starting with main wheel circumference, along its radius and adjoins hub. Strip section, along whole length, both by their ends fixed on inner ends of both discs.

EFFECT: reduced costs of gear wheel production.
