FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to machine parts, and can be used in tooth gears. Gear wheel comprises hub (1), the body in the form of a pair of disks (2) and (3) fixed on the ends of the hub and a toothed rim. Rim is made as a profiled ring from a strip with the width equal to the one of teeth, with its ends secured between inner ends of disks (2) and (3). External profile of the ring by the teeth height h from top circle (radius R₁) (4) of the teeth to the main circle (radius R₂) of the toothed rim - with working sections of side surfaces 5 of l-length teeth - is identical to the designed profile of the wheel teeth. Sections of the teeth side surfaces, from the main circle to the dedendum circle (radius R₃), are made as sections of lines directed along radii (6) of the wheel, and dedendum sections (8) of teeth are made as sections of lines connecting side surfaces (5) of separate teeth.
