SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for synthesis of light nuclei. In disclosed method there is collision of accelerated flows oscillating ions using magnetic system configured to open axially symmetric magnetic trap. At that, additional plasma emitter on external electrode and potential electrode located at center are used.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption and possibility of providing continuous operation mode of device.
