FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of special equipment for initiation units (IU) operation testing , blasting and pyrotechnic devices (BD and PD), as well as the blasting automation systems (BAS), in particular electric detonators (ED) under the action of shock overloads . The bench includes the testing and operation area, in the testing area there is the shock machine, controlled from the separate testing area of the operating area by the wall, shock machine includes the anvil, the hammer with disposed thereon testing product, gripping device, by means of which there is the possibility for lifting-lowering the hammer through the rope, associated with the electric motor, the remote control, which is located in the operating area. The following units are introduced in the testing area: the blasting device, electric command creating device for involving the blasting unit and crushing device, mounted on the anvil, forming the input impulse of the shock acceleration at the existing tooling fixation places,making the final form of the shock acceleration impulse, the contact sensors block, connected to the testing product, two-channel measurement device of the shock acceleration impulses, and at least one multi-channel digital oscilloscope. The mentioned bench can be used for testing the device with both low voltage and high voltage involvement and operation time from the millisecond fractions upto tens of milliseconds with ability to test devices and systems, where several physico-chemical processes are realized or several devices are activated at the same time.

EFFECT: electric impulse output synchronization for the testing device involvement with the amplitude-time characteristics of the shock acceleration impulse.
