SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to teeth whitening products, methods for producing and using them. A presented teeth whitening strip contains a hydrated adhesive film with a first side and a second side; the first side has a granulated bleaching ingredient glued thereto in an amount effective for teeth whitening; the teeth whitening strip additionally comprises a protective layer which controls the hydrated adhesive film dissolution. The hydrated adhesive film contains hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), polyvinyl acetates (PVAC) and Carbomer in dry mass ratio of HPMC:PVAC:Carbomer making 10-20:2-10:1, whereas the granulated bleaching ingredient is specified in solid peroxides, solid peroxide salts or complexes; the granulated bleaching ingredient content makes 0.01-1.0% of total weight of the hydrated adhesive film and the granulated bleaching ingredient glued thereto. The method for teeth whitening involves applying the above strip directly on the teeth and leaving it for a period of time sufficient for teeth whitening. The method for producing the strip involves preparing the semi-dry hydrated adhesive film with adding granules of the granulated bleaching ingredient to one surface of the film and drying the film so as to make the granules adhere to the film surface.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides the effective teeth whitening with a relatively low total content of peroxide.
