FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dairy industry. Method for production of enriched pasteurised milk involves receiving and preparing raw materials, bactofugation and pasteurisation at a temperature of 85 °C, cooling to temperature of 2-4 °C and standardisation, then adding 0.27 kg of vitamin premix 963/7 and 0.005 kg enriching additive "Seleksen" per 1 t of milk, then additional pasteurisation at a temperature of 95 °C with holding for 1 min, with repeated cooling and bottling milk.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a product with increased nutritional value of functional and preventive purposes.
