FIELD: utilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to municipal engineering, particularly to means of deicing in constrained conditions of house yard area. Small ice crust chipping machine includes frame (1) on wheels (2), wedge-type working tool (4) connected to frame (1) by means of spring (3), and crank (8) with drive (9) mounted on frame (1). Crank (8) is connected by cable (6) with fixture on spring (3), thus providing periodic impact pulse action of working tool to ice. Drive (9) of crank (8) has angular speed regulator for adjustment of tool vibrations on resonance.
EFFECT: this design consumes relatively low energy, which reduces material consumption and dimensions of machine.
