Method uses brucellin for specific activation of lymphocytes. Detection of blast forms of lymphocytes is carried out using monoclonal antibodies to CD34 followed by counting cells by flow cytometry.

EFFECT: using present method enables accounting of brucellin-activated lymphocytes in blast-transform reaction using CD34 monoclonal antibodies in patients with brucellosis and healthy donors.
