FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to immunology, and can be used for evaluating lymphocyte blast-transformation reaction. Method uses brucellin for specific activation of lymphocytes. Detection of blast forms of lymphocytes is carried out using monoclonal antibodies to CD34 followed by counting cells by flow cytometry.
EFFECT: using present method enables accounting of brucellin-activated lymphocytes in blast-transform reaction using CD34 monoclonal antibodies in patients with brucellosis and healthy donors.
