SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and immunology and is intended for registration of antigen-antibody reaction in people vaccinated against plague by means of flow cytometry technology. Disclosed is a method which enables high-accuracy recording in blood serum of the reaction of interaction of specific antibodies with the FITC-labelled capsular antigen F1 of the plague microbe with subsequent determination of immunity by displacement of peaks on a logarithmic scale of fluorescence intensity in blood serum samples by the value of the binding intensity coefficient calculated by formula: where K is the coefficient of binding intensity; A is the average value of the fluorescence index (mean FITC-A) of the blood serum sample one month after vaccination with LPV; B is the average fluorescence value (mean FITC-A) of the blood serum sample before vaccination with LPV; coefficient value greater than one testifies to the formation of the immune response to the vaccination with LPV.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of detecting an antigen-antibody reaction for assessing immunity in people vaccinated against plague.
