FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for spraying fluids in chemical, food and other industries and can be used for drying of solutions in the course of reaction and mass exchange processes. Inner volume of spray chamber is divided by partition into two symmetrical parts, i.e. upper and lower. Each part is connected with supply device. Nozzles are arranged in circular rows. Distance between rows decreases from partition towards edges of the chamber.

EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of obtaining monodisperse high-quality spraying with uniform distribution of drops along the section of the unit.
