SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved due to the fact that the generator is further introduced fifth and sixth inductors, wherein the source of the first and the gate of the second FET Schottky connected, and the source of the second grounded through the fifth inductance and the other end of the resistor is connected to one end of the first capacitor, the other end connected to the drain of the first field effect transistor with a Schottky barrier, while the sixth through the inductance to the drain of the second field effect transistor with a Schottky barrier and the other end of the second capacitor.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the operating frequency range of the microwave generator, while maintaining the level of output power.
