FIELD: electronic equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic engineering, namely to SHF generators based on transistor with electronic frequency tuning by voltage, and can be applied in communication systems and radar stations. SHF generator comprises transmission line, four field-effect transistors with Schottky barrier, seven inductance coils, separating capacitor, DC voltage source; at that, first Schottky barrier field-effect transistor is controlled by voltage. SHF generator may be arranged in monolithic integrated design.

EFFECT: technical result is expansion of frequency tuning range while maintaining linear law of frequency tuning in relation to control voltage and output power level.
