FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. Energy-saving device (1) is connected between three-phase power source (A) and three-phase load (L) and comprises three-phase electric transformer (10), in each phase of which there is transformer unit (11) with primary winding (2) connected at first end (5) with one phase power source (A) and electromagnetically connected to secondary winding (3) connected at its second end (S1) with one phase of load (L). In device (1) second ends (6) of primary windings (2) in each of transformer units, lying opposite first ends (5) are electrically connected to each other by means of first switch (4). Device (1) also has secondary windings (3), each connected in parallel to second switch (7) for connection or disconnection of energy-saving device (1) between source (A) of electric power and load (L).
EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency due to reduction of losses.
