FIELD: chemistry; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: polytetrafluoroethylene gluing is subjected to corona discharge on one side, to metal surface by application on corona treated surface of polytetrafluoroethylene glass fabric impregnated with solution of dicyclopentadiene dioxide and epoxy-diane resin mix, containing reaction product as hardener in organic solvent of phenol-formaldehyde resin with boric anhydride, wherein prepreg is applied on corona treated surface not later than 3 days after effect of corona discharge, to obtain stable during storage two-layer composite, which is applied on side of prepreg on metal surface heated to +150-+200 °C, with subsequent rolling roller or under press. Invention provides creation of heat-resistant high-strength coating providing resistance to prolonged temperature +250 °C and at least 100 hours at +320 °C, as well as increase storage life of adhesion properties of polytetrafluoroethylene after exposure to corona discharge.
EFFECT: obtaining heat-resistant polymer coatings using polytetrafluoroethylene with improved antifriction properties for use in friction assemblies operating in extremely severe conditions at temperature of up to +250-320 °C and action of any corrosive media; production of chemical equipment.
