FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Dry powder inhaler is proposed, having a chamber divided into first and second compartments for blisters for storing unused and used parts of a blister strip. Movable separation wall separates the first and second compartments for blisters. One or more arcuate support surfaces are located either in the first and/or second compartments for blisters, and these surfaces provide support for a strip of used or unused blisters during successive actuations of the inhaler.
EFFECT: using the arcuate support surfaces helps to obtain compact spirals from unused and used parts of a blister strip, resulting in reduction in the size of a chamber required for an inhaler.
