SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. An inhaler containing a case, determining a chamber for acceptance of a strip, which has a multitude of blisters, each of which contains a dose of a medication for inhalation by the user. The inhaler contains a drive lever and an element of a blister strip drive, installed with a possibility of rotation in the chamber for the successive movement of each blister in the position of the blister opening. The element of the blister strip drive and drive lever contain a drive pinion and a drive cogged element respectively, which interact to realise the rotation of the element of the blister strip drive in response to the rotation of the drive lever. The drive pinion and the drive cogged element are located outside the case at a distance from the chamber.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the inhaler reliability and simplify its construction.
