FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of nanoparticles with core of ferromagnetic metal and dielectric shell of aluminium oxide. Method according to version 1 comprises plasma recondensation in a current of inert gas of powder particles of aluminium oxide with surface coating of ferromagnetic metal with weight ratio from 25 to 75 wt%, while providing layer evaporation of said particles and subsequent formation of nanoparticles by primary condensation of clusters of ferromagnetic metal and condensation on them of aluminium oxide. Method according to version 2 comprises plasma recondensation in a current of inert gas powder mixture consisting of aluminium oxide powder with coating applied on its surface from ferromagnetic metal and powder of ferromagnetic metal.
EFFECT: uniform distribution of components in entire weight of produced nanoparticles.
