FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of structurally gradient powder materials. Method includes directed feeding into flow inductively coupled plasma of powder for formation of core and filler material for formation of shell, wherein by evaporation of additive material in plasma flow and condensation of its vapor on core surface particles of structurally gradient powder material are formed. As filler material as per version 1 metal powder of micron or submicron size is used, according to version 2 – aerosol of metal salt solution, and according to version 3 filler material is used in gaseous state.

EFFECT: obtaining structural-gradient micrometer particles of core-shell type.
