SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for making watches with replaceable decorative case. Disclosed watch with decorative case comprises case with watch mechanism, dial closed with glass, and rear cover with fasteners on watch strap, replaceable decorative frame having free enclosing watch body frame with decorative decoration and own frame fasteners at watch strap arranged on both sides relative to case so that fasteners on watch strap at rear cover are arranged between them, and strap to secure watch on hand, passed through fasteners on frame of decorative border and fasteners on back cover of watch case. As watch fasteners at strap extends at least one clamp for passage of strap, protruding above surface of rear cover. Replaceable decorative watch frame comprises thin-wall frame with rim encasing watch, on which there are elements of decoration, and attached to frame fasteners of decorative border on watch strap arranged on both sides relative to frame opening. At that, frame and decorative border fasteners are made integral on watch strap.
EFFECT: invention enables to create watch with replaceable decorative framework with wide variation range of watch decorative coating in size, shape and structure and possibility of changing watch appearance due to fast replacement of replaceable decorative border.
