FIELD: physics, optics.

SUBSTANCE: optical lens comprises front and rear lenses placed in close proximity such that inner surfaces of the front and rear lenses form a cavity in between, a volume of a physiological solution and oil contained in the cavity and forming a meniscus in between, and a meniscus wall formed on a region from the inner side of the front and/or rear lens in the said cavity, along which the meniscus moves. The meniscus wall has the general shape of multiple torus segments, which is convex in the direction towards the optical axis formed in one or both of the front and rear lenses and with inhomogeneity between the segments.

EFFECT: improved control of the movement of the meniscus due to the presence of torus segments on the meniscus wall and inhomogeneities between the said segments which influence the movement of the meniscus.
