FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and immunology and can be used to determine in human and animal blood serum pertussis antibodies. Substance of invention consists in the fact that for determination of pertussis antibodies is immunoenzymometric test system containing solid or stripped 96-well plate, sensitised with a mixture of natural complex of Bordetella pertussis antigens produced without separation of components and containing fimbrial agglutinogens of type 2 and 3, pertactin, pertussis toxin, filamentary haemagglutinin and pertussis suspension rinsing solution, conjugate, substrate buffer solution with hydrogen peroxide and chromogen, stop reagent, negative reference sample positive reference sample in form of lyophilic dried pool of human or animal blood serums with titre of pertussis antibodies is no lower than 1:160, calibrated in agglutination reaction, presented in form of 5 % solution of sodium caseinate in Sodium Borate buffer solution with pH 8.3.
EFFECT: system provides high specificity of analysis, more complete detection of pertussis antibodies in blood serum of people or animals.
