SUBSTANCE: method is based on blood serum specific antibodies reveal in infected sheep by indirect solid-phase immune-enzyme assay technique, including recombinant antigen EgF employment with molecular weight 16.7 kDa, and certain salt buffer solutions. The antigen is obtained in vector expression system: Escherichia coli SG13009 cells - vector plasmid pQE with Echinococcus granulosis EgF imbedded gen. As chromogenic substrate, 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine is used, with 0.2% hydrogen peroxide. The reaction is stopped by adding 0.5 M sulphuric acid. The result obtained is evaluated by the reaction mix coloration in the wells.
EFFECT: invention provides fast and cost effective technique of life-time diagnostics of larval echinococcosis in sheep.
