FIELD: materials science.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of materials and can be used in various fields of science and technology in creation of composites for various purposes. Method of activation of mother liquor is as follows: unsaturated mother liquor containing 1.3 % (by weight) portland cement, 5 minutes sonicated power 140·A (10 W/cm2) At frequency of 22 kHz, excitable piezoelectric or magnetostrictive transducer, through waveguide, mounted vertically to surface of solution and dipped to depth of 5 cm, introduced in powdery binder, and then mixed in mixer (1,000 revolutions/min), and poured into molds, where it remains for hardening under normal conditions.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase strength of binder, reducing curing times, decrease the W/C ratio, reducing activation time.
