FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for background ultrasonic action on the hardening process of mineral binding material consists of a current pulse generator with amplitude of not more than 1.5 A and full electrical oscillatory power of not more than 15 VA, a mediator-antenna loop and a pair of output terminals for connecting the mediator-antenna loop. The mediator-antenna loop is in the form of a single-wire conductor in a solid insulation with diameter of not more than 2 mm and length of not more than 3 m, and which galvanically closes the output of the current pulse generator onto its housing, thereby representing a short-circuited magnetic dipole loop. The mediator-antenna loop is either brought into mechanical contact with the mineral binding material or is broken and the gaps accommodate an electroconductive element of the structure, on which action on the mineral binding material will be applied through it or the mediator-antenna loop is rigidly mechanically connected to a monolithic acoustic conductor (waveguide), made of metal, ceramic, a dense organic polymer or an organomineral composite.

EFFECT: high quality of the obtained mineral binding materials while cutting the duration of hardening of the mineral binding materials by not less than twofold owing to special connection of an apparatus for background ultrasonic action on the hardening process to said materials.
