FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to erection of monolithic and prefabricated monolithic reinforced concrete structures of buildings and structures, reinforcement of their rods of periodic profile with any relief surface. Method for construction of monolithic reinforced concrete foundation with exact location of anchor reinforcement bars of periodic profile with any relief surface consists in the fact that according to the geodetic by dug out pits for monolithic foundations. One prepares a base, concrete lower part of the foundation up to the location mark of the anchor rods bottom with any relief surface and after setting of concrete in the bottom part of foundation use construction crane to mount vibrator gauge for accurate assembly 4…8 of anchor reinforcement bars connected from below to the plate and forming with it a single whole, the latter is equipped with targets for accurate installation of vibrator gauge in design position together with electric or pneumatic vibrator. Vibrator gauge is oriented according to two laser levels so that beams from laser levels coincide with points of targets. Fix vibrator gauge in horizon. Concrete upper part of foundation up to design mark. Include vibrator and compacted concrete after hardening concrete disconnected template vibrator of anchor rods arranged in design position. Construction crane dismantled template vibrator disconnected longitudinally split coupling, flanges, newly connected to anchor the reinforcement rods foundation longitudinally split coupling. Without adjusting mount column lowering the outlets of reinforcement rods of the column in longitudinal detachable couplings against stop in the anchor reinforcement rods. Tighten nuts of longitudinally split couplings with the nut wrench, as a result rigidly connect column with monolithic foundation.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing accurate positioning of anchor reinforcement bars of periodic profile with any relief surface, providing for rigid connection of full-strength columns with foundations by means of longitudinal split couplings, high accuracy of assembly elements of structure, reduced labour intensity of installation.
