FIELD: building, particularly to regulate depression of foundation, civil and industrial building frames built on yield ground.
SUBSTANCE: connection unit comprises anchor bolts formed of tubular reinforcement members. Column legs are connected one to another by jack girders. Anchor bolts have ridges extending along screw line. Foundation has central throat expanded downwards and completely filled with granular filler cooperating with foundation bed from foundation bottom. Each column leg is supported by anchor bolts by means of flange nuts connected to flange of corresponding column leg. Each jack girder is connected with piston of double-action pulsating jack rested by jack plate upon granular filler. Method for restoring design foundation level involves installing double-action pulsating jacks under jack girders; supporting plates of double-action pulsating jacks by granular filler of foundation throat; connecting piston of each with jack girder; bringing double-action pulsating jacks into forward trace action for granular filler pressing into throat and under foundation bottom; pushing foundation out of ground; bringing double-action pulsating jacks into return trace action; pulling double-action pulsating jack to jack girder; placing new portion of granular filler under support plate of each double-action pulsating jack; bringing double-action pulsating jacks into forward trace action; pressing granular filler under foundation bottom; pushing foundation out of ground and repeating above operations up to reaching design level of foundation and column; removing jacks and arranging supporting table instead of jacks.
EFFECT: possibility of mechanized restoring of design foundation level; reduced material consumption of connection unit.
