Abstract RU 2123091 C1

FIELD: metalwork, mainly, frames of production buildings. SUBSTANCE: foundation is hollow conical reinforced concrete structure filled with crushed stone. Reinforced concrete foundation passes into steel internal conical shell oriented with its small base upward. Fitted on this conical shell from atop is external shell of column. Wide bases of shells have flanges. Accommodated in one of flanges are teeth-retainers, while the other flange has mating holes. Contacting surfaces of flanges are milled. Welded to internal surface of conical shell are longitudinal reinforcing bars at an angle of 35-45 deg to column longitudinal axis. Longitudinal bars are embraced by circular rods with spacing of 100-400 mm. Fastened to reinforcing cage are branch pipes. Column is mounted without adjustment. During lowering of column downward teeth-retainers are aligned with retaining holes and column is secured in design position with gap between flanges closed. In case of nonuniform sagging of building columns, they are aligned as follows. Connected to branch pipes are hoses from concrete pump and plastic mortar is pumped to branch pipes under pressure. Mortar forces out the reinforced concrete holder to jack the column through the required value. In case of nonuniform jacking, respective part of foundation is loaded with counterweight. EFFECT: reduced specific material consumption; higher reliability of foundation and joint unit of column with foundation; reduced labor input in building frame alignment. 3 cl, 3 dwg
