SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pyrazole compound having following formula (1) wherein R1 represents C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkyl substituted with a group R17, C1-C6 haloalkyl, phenyl, phenyl substituted with a number of substituents R11, or similar, R2 represents hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, phenyl, or phenyl optionally substituted with R e substituents R21, or similar, R3 represents a hydrogen atom or similar, X represents a single bond or -(CR6R7)n-, each of R4 and R5 independently represents C1-C6 alkyl or similar, R6 and R7 represent hydrogen atoms or C1-C6 alkyl, R8 represents phenyl, phenyl optionally substituted by k substituents R81, or similar, tautomer of such a compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Invention also relates to a therapeutic agent for treatment of multiple myeloma, containing a pyrazole compound represented by formula (1) as an active ingredient.

EFFECT: said compound inhibits growth of multiple myeloma cells.
