FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to deformation and thermo-mechanical treatment of monocrystals of ferromagnetic alloys Ni-Fe-Ga-Co. Method of producing nano composite with double shape memory effect on basis of ferromagnetic alloy monocrystals Ni49Fe18Ga27Co6 involves annealing of monocrystal in atmosphere of inert gas with further quenching in water and ageing under load at 673 K in vacuum. Annealing of monocrystal is carried out at 1,373 K for 25 minutes, ageing is carried out under load applied along direction of [ 3 ¯ 12 ], for 4 hours. After ageing thermal cycling is carried out by cyclic change of temperature in range of martensitic transformations from 220 K to 420 K under action of constant compression load of 30-80 MPa applied along direction [001].

EFFECT: higher mechanical and functional properties of material.
