SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of: receiving, at a mobile terminal from an access point, the indication that the access point supports fast initial link setup (FILS), including processing of the bundled request which includes an authentication protocol element request and an upper layer message, wherein the indication is included in a beacon or in a probe response message; in response to receiving the indication: generating, at the mobile terminal, the authentication protocol element request; generating, at the mobile terminal, the upper layer message; bundling the authentication protocol element request and the upper layer message to generate the bundled request; and transmitting the bundled request from the mobile terminal to the access point.

EFFECT: high data transmission speed.
