SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for monitoring of territories and control of security forces and means. System contains a complex of technical means for territory monitoring (CTMTM) of the 1st level, consisting of technical means for territory monitoring (TMTM), stationary, autonomous and mobile stations for territory monitoring, an automated workstation (AWS) of TMTM operator, a TMTM server, a communication switching centre and communication means, and a multilevel hardware-software system complex (HSSC) consisting of territorially distributed and hierarchically related complexes of automation means (CAM) in the shape of a set of officials' AWSs and a server without data connected by communication means channels in the composition of a control station (CS) of the 2nd level containing automated workstations of a manager, a duty operator and an official, a local area network switching center, means for visual display of information, a server of a database on violations of the monitored areas, means for information transmission and CS of the 3rd level containing AWSs of a manager, a duty operator and officials, information display means, LAN switching center, a database server; at that, HSSC is separated from CTMTM by a unidirectional gateway.

EFFECT: technical result consists in automation of security means control.
