SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to occupational medicine. Content of lactate and lactate dehydrogenase in serum is determined. If lactate concentration is higher than 2.1 mmol/l and concentration of lactate dehydrogenase is below 225 E/l, violation in energy system of employees is diagnosed.
EFFECT: use of invention improves accuracy and reliability of diagnosis of energy system in chemical and petrochemical industry workers and provides a forecast of development of occupational diseases in workers of a chemical plant.
