FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of preparing binder for glass plastics suitable in manufacture of glass plastic tubes, container, and the like. Binder is composed of, wt %: 4,4'-isopropylidenediphenol epoxide resin, 57.5-67.5; active diluent, 5-20; aromatic amine hardener, 12-34; modifying alloying additive consisting of PMS-5000, 0.2-2.0, and antioxidant Irganox-1010, 0.3-2.0. Active diluent is represented by resin obtained by condensation of aniline with epichlorhydrin. Such composition of binder allows compaction and stretching destroying strain as well as temperature resistance and adhesion characteristics to be improved at lower curing duration.
EFFECT: improved performance characteristics and increased choice of materials for preparing binder meeting all normative requirements for epoxide binders.
