FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for realisation of directed controlled heat removal in electronic and electrical equipment and maintain minimum operating temperature of heat-loaded elements of powerful radio products, assemblies, blocks and modules, which results in considerable increase of their life. Outer sides of flat hyper-heat conducting systems are fitted with powerful radio products, assemblies, units and modules to ensure heat sink and thermocouple, providing control of heat flow discharge due to electric feedback between thermocouples and power supply sources of thermoelectric modules. Heat removal device is installed and fixed on thermal board.
EFFECT: controlled heat energy removal device of heat removal, containing thermoelectric modules of required dimensions and power connected by heated sides with solder or gluing on high-heat conductive adhesive on both sides with T-hyper-heat conductive system and cooled sides with two flat hyper-heat conductive systems.
