SUBSTANCE: proposed polygonal plate has top surface, bottom surface, multiple side surfaces jointing top surface to bottom surface, and central opening made at its center. Note here that lateral surface are located on imaginary polygon wherein flat support surface is formed on higher section of top surface, while multiple sections of lateral cutting edge are formed on boundary between top and lateral surfaces. Note here that each section of lateral cutting edge has lateral cutting edge formed on its top end, while angular cutting edge section is formed on boundary of two adjacent lateral cutting edge sections. Note here that angular cutting edge section has cutting edge formed on its front end. Note also that belt, surface inclined downward, angular bottom surface, first surface inclined upward, first ledge, second surface inclined upward, second ledge, surface running upward with recess and support surface are formed successively on angular cutting edge section along diagonal line directed from angular cutting edge toward central bore, while angular bottom surface features minimum height along diagonal line.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of chips control.
