FIELD: plasma torches.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plasma guns. Plasma gun comprises housing 1, insulation bushing 2, nozzle 3, electrode 4 arranged in conical cavity 18 of electrode holder 5, swirler 17 with grooves and gas supply channel 6 directed into annular conical cavity 7, where there is multistage gas-dynamic filter 8 (GDF), made in form of two aligned one after another deflectors,impermeable deflector 9 and perforated deflector 10 and three circular chambers, annular cylindrical chamber 11, circular distribution chamber 12 and circular vortex chamber 13. Surface of first non-permeable baffle plate 9 is made flat impermeable for plasma-forming gas passage (PGP) and forms together with ledge 14 of electrode holder 5 annular cylindrical chamber 11, and part of end surface of deflector 9 forms together with curved inner surface of insulating sleeve 2 annular channel 15 with expansion in direction of PGP flow. Surface of second deflector 10 is perforated by through cylindrical channels 16, which connect chamber 12 with chamber 13.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to evenly distribute PGP at air-gas path and nozzle assembly of plasma gun for stabilisation of plasma arc.
