SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for fuel injection control optimization. To this end, drive speeds of whole equipment adapted by turbine speed control TL depending on power. According to invention method of optimization of control of power plant with free turbine TL of aircraft equipped with low-pressure stage BP, generating power (Pd1, Pd2, ...) equipment (E1, E2, ...) in contact with high-pressure stage HP, consists in change of rate of low pressure stage BP (Vvp) to obtain minimum speed stage HP (Vnp) so that power (Pf) supplied to equipment, remained constant. In particular, since power supplied to equipment (E1, E2, ...) depend on drive speed stage BP, preset speed stage BP turbine TL depends on maximum value Max (Vmi) minimum speed (Vm1, Vm2, ...) of equipment (E1, E2, ...), which enables to obtain optimized manner corresponding required power, and positive or zero increment (e) added to specified speed stage BP (CBP) in order to minimise speed stage HP (Vnp).
