FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to lubricating coating (5) for medical injection device (1) comprising successively: bottom layer (50) in contact with surface (21) of container of medical device, which is necessary to provide lubrication, comprising a mixture of crosslinked and not cross-linked polydimethylsiloxane, intermediate layer (51) consisting essentially of oxidised polydimethylsiloxane and having a thickness from 10 to 30 nm, wherein said thickness is measured using time of flight secondary ion mass spectrometry, and upper layer (52) comprising substantially crosslinked polydimethylsiloxane and having a thickness less than 2 nm, said thickness measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Present invention relates to a medical device for injection and to a method of producing lubricating coating.
EFFECT: obtaining devices for injections, including medical container compatible with biotechnological preparations, which enables to avoid denaturation and/or aggregation of preparation after filling, wherein said devices have good sliding properties.
