SUBSTANCE: device consists of interconnected oscillation generator, signal processor, memory unit, communication unit, actuating device (display), amplifier with AGC, band-pass filter, analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) and microwave module containing transmitting and receiving antennae (or receiving-transmitting antenna), voltage-controlled generator, coupler (or circulator), mixer and beat frequency amplifier.
EFFECT: higher reliability due to limitation of detection zone of device in far area and increasing noise immunity of device relative to movable objects located beyond boundary of detection zone of device, as well as to fixed objects located both in detection zone, and outside it.
