FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be used for introduction of screws in sacrum. X-ray imaging in lateral projection is carried out. On x-ray image contours of sacral bone are visualised and measured by means of inclinometer angles of inclination of front surface of body SI vertebra and lateral mass below slopes, front wall of spinal canal at level of upper face SI vertebra and top of cortical plate body SI vertebra relative to horizontal lateral projection of sacral bone. In sacral bone screws are introduced by controlling their position in anatomical landmarks, which visualise on screen of C-arc at its inclination angle value obtained as result of measurements.
EFFECT: method allows to increase safety and accuracy when inserting screws.
