FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly traumatology and orthopaedics, and may be used for fixation of posterior pelvic injuries. A threaded nail is introduced through both posterior iliac spines behind a sacral bone at a level of a first sacral vertebra to create compression. The threaded nail has holes for altitude clamps on the ends. After the posterior pelvis is tied up, the altitude clamps are inserted back to front through the posterior iliac spines and the holes for the threaded nail into an iliac bone body or a lateral sacral bone.
EFFECT: method provides more stable fixation of the posterior pelvis, a lower risk of secondary displacement and complications.
