FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for surgical treatment of injuries of the posterior semicircle of the pelvis with a vertical displacement of half of the pelvis. Preoperative spatial visualization of the affected structures of the sacrum and lumbar spine is performed and a model of the pelvis and lumbar spine is made on a scale of 1:1. Using the manufactured model, virtual planning of the stages of surgical treatment of fractures of the patient’s sacrum is performed. Access is performed from the upper point of the incision in the projection of the L3-L4 vertebrae to the level below the second sacral vertebra. In the bodies of the L4 and L5 vertebrae, one lumbar locking screw is installed on the left and right for each vertebra. Then, two pelvic fixing screws are placed on top of each other in the iliac bones on the left and right through the lateral sacral masses. Next, the first fixing rod is installed on the side of the fracture with the elimination of the vertical displacement of the fracture of the sacrum. Then the second fixing rod is pre-bent to acquire an L-shape so that its vertical part is bent according to the lumbar lordosis, and the horizontal part along the relief of the posterior surface of the sacrum and installed on the side opposite from the fracture.
EFFECT: method provides the necessary and sufficient contraction in the area of injury, stable fixation, preservation of the patient’s motor activity in the early postoperative period and anatomical restoration of the shape and anatomical function of the sacrum structures with ensuring the reliability of soft tissue cover in the area of its deficiency due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
