FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly traumatology. osteosynthesis of posterior pelvis parts is performed with iliosacral screws. Following osteosynthesis of posterior pelvic parts, at the level of stenosis, bone-plastic resection of posterior wall of sacral channel is performed along U-shaped line. Obtained fragment on soft tissue pedicle is raised upwards, sacral channel contents is inspected, and spinal nerves roots are mobilised. Thereafter, ventral stenosis of sacral channel is eliminated, and previously raised fragment is placed into position. Defect along osteotomy line is filled with crumbled bone and fixed with mesh plate above.
EFFECT: method enables one-stage treatment of unstable fracture of posterior pelvic parts and eliminating stenosis of sacral channel along with decompression of neural structures with minimally traumatic surgical intervention.
